With a blue coloured stone (sapphire?) and adorned with brilliant-cut diamonds (two largest approx. 0.1 ct each).

This is a bar brooch made of 18kt gold. Set in platinum are 1 sapphire and 12 diamonds with an estimated total weight of approx. 0.90 ct. It is a work of the Belle Epoque around 1905.
